[ieeetcsc-discuss] A problem of joining TCSC

Dear all:

This is a freshman in this list. I would like to join TCSC, however, the website (http://www.ieeetcsc.org/join.html) does not work. 

According to the website "TCSC membership is free, and is open to both IEEE/CS members and non-members. Please fill out the following form to join the TCSC". However, somehow I can not see the "form" in my IE. How to overcome this issue?

Sorry for this beginner question of freshman.
