Hello All,

The November issue of TCSC newsletter is finally online. There were a
few issues with access control and formatting of webpages due to which
public access got delayed for over a month. Apologies for it.

This issue features three short articles, several project and conference
annoucements along with usual news related to events in cluster and grid
computing.
